Henrietta M. Neighbor

	Well-known citizen of Casper, Wyoming and beloved mother, grandmother and friend, Henrietta M. (Keiner) Neighbor died in her home on April 30, 2001 at 86 years of age.  Services for Mrs. Neighbor were conducted at 2 p.m.  at the First Presbyterian Church in Caper, Wyo. with Revs. Roberta Kinney and Doug Scott officiating.
	Born in 1915 in DuQuoin, Henrietta received her formal education at Illinois Normal College before setting off as a young woman to build her future in California.  After working several years in real estate sales and banking, she married her first husband Harry D. Campbell in 1939 and began a journey of devoting the next 27 years to being a Navy wife, raising three children and supporting Harrys career in the petroleum industry.  Henriettas travels finally brought her to Casper, Wyo. 35 years ago.
	The central themes throughout Henriettas life have been those of faith in the Lord, zest for living, hospitality and service to others.  These themes were the foundation upon which she built a successful life.
	In 1977, Henrietta married Frank Neighbor, a geologist and long-term Casper, Wyo. resident.  Henrietta and Frank shared their love of travel and the West for 19 years before his death in 1996.  Henriettas hospitality was known far and wide.
	Henrietta was led to found the Senior Sidewalkers, a city-endorsed, volunteer group dedicated to cleaning up trash from the streets of Casper, Wyo. after storms.  For this work, she was honored by the city and featured in a video on People To Know in Wyoming.
	Henrietta also enjoyed an active social and recreational life, which included the Casper Geo Wives.  Through this association, Henrietta made wonderful friends who shared her love of the great outdoors and cross-country skiing.  Other favorite activities included traveling, reading the Bible-- her favorite book and walking her beloved dog, Rainier.
	Henrietta Neighbor is survived by a large and devoted family, including:  her three adult children, Judith D. Campbell Judd, Margaret Lee Campbell-Johnson and H. Duncan Campbell Jr.; a step-daughter, Sally Jones; their spouses, Gary Judd, Edward Johnson,m Barbara Campbell and Jim Jones; four grandchildren, Allison Meyer, Damon Judd, Dana and Kristen Campbell; two great-grandchildren, alexis and Andrew meyer; three step-grandchildren, Donnie and Mickey Jones and Shannon Johnson, and two brothers, Tom and Don Malone.
